Introducing… our new branding

Happy New Year!

2015 was a truly exciting time for YMCA North Tyneside. Not only did we launch our Supported Accommodation and Community House projects… Not only did our gym get a complete overhaul… But we are now also sporting an incredible new look…

We have launched the new YMCA “national brand”, and so you’ll start to see the new look replacing all of our existing branding.  That means that throughout 2016 we’ll be steadily working through ALL of our marketing literature, websites, signage, uniforms, stationary – literally everything!

Whatever you opinions on the logo or colours, we think it looks stunning. It’s fresh, striking, vibrant and modern, which is exactly what we want it to represent; a YMCA that has meaning and relevance.

Our new brand encompasses 4 distinct core areas of work;

  • Training & Education
  • Housing/Accommodation
  • Health & Wellbeing
  • Work with Families.

These four areas will, we believe, help to serve the community and respond to what you have been telling us. These areas along with our focus on “Centres of Community” will hopefully mean bigger and better things for those we currently serve and those we yet don’t.

So, as you see new shiny images of the YMCA appearing about the place, please take a minute or so to think or find out more about what we do and we can offer you. Here’s to a fabulous 2016 for all.
