Job Description

Do you have experience working with young and vulnerable people? Do you have experience in supporting those with a variety of needs and challenges? Do you have a passion for working within an organisation that is committed to ensuring all belong, contribute and thrive in their community? We’re looking for two Advice, Support and Guidance Officers to join our Housing team at YMCA North Tyneside. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth and effective day to day running of the accommodation services. You will also work closely with the Duty Support Officers to support residents and the wider Housing Department to share good practice and develop our services.

To be successful, it is essential that you have relevant experience and or relevant qualifications in Support Work, recent relevant Training and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours, working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday.
