Job Description

We’re looking for a Duty Support Officer to join our Housing team at YMCA North Tyneside. The successful candidate will be working alongside our Advice, Support and Guidance officers to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the accommodation. You will work with the young people housed with us in and around North Shields, providing support with a particular focus and aim on developing independent living skills and enabling positive change.

To be successful, it is essential that you have relevant experience and or relevant qualifications in Support Work, recent relevant Training and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours, working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday.
