YMCA North Tyneside is a Voluntary Sector Organisation undertaking youth and community programme work in areas of North Tyneside, South Tyneside, and Teesdale. We are part of the worldwide YMCA movement, which started in London in 1844 has grown to become the world’s largest and oldest youth movement.

Job Description

Do you have experience working with a gym? Do you have a passion for helping service users achieve their goals? Do you want to be a part of an organisation that is committed to ensuring all belong, contribute and thrive in their community? If you said yes to these questions, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking to increase our team of Gym Instructors. In this role you will be assisting in all operations within the gym on a daily basis, ensuring high standards with a customer focused approach.

To be successful, it is essential that you have relevant experience working within a gym or relevant qualification, recent relevant Training and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours, working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
