Patterdale Hall Estate is situated in Patterdale, 1 mile south of Glenridding. The Estate is owned by YMCA North Tyneside, a charity that works to transform the lives of young people in the North East. Surplus (profit) from the Estate’s business goes to support YMCA North Tyneside and the work they do with young people and communities. 

 Job Description

We are searching for a self starting highly motivated individual to join our Patterdale team as Housekeeping Supervisor. 

You will support the Operational Manager and take responsibility for ensuring consistent high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are kept and delivery of efficient and smooth operations through effective leadership and management of the housekeeping team. You will also be responsible for ensuring all housekeeping duties are completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard, for the maximum satisfaction and experience of our guests.

We are looking for a team player who is able to pitch in and support colleagues and other areas of the estate when needed and contribute to and deliver high standards of customer service at all times to our visitors. 

It is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours as working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
