LOCATION: North Shields

CONTRACT TYPE: 20 hours, Permanent

SALARY: Up to £13,520 (pro rata) per annum

Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for providing  accurate, timely and professional HR administrative service to our stakeholders across YMCA North Tyneside supporting the development of an organisational culture that is person-centred, in line with our People Strategy and Strategic Plan. Undertaking a wide range of people-orientated administrative tasks spanning the entire employee lifecycle, including maintaining the HR database and software, dealing with face-to-face, email and telephone enquiries, compiling and analysing statistics, photocopying, scanning, filing, ordering goods and arranging meetings.

You will be  the first point of contact for all HR related queries, answering and solving queries professionally, timely and objectively in line with company policies and procedures, escalating when necessary to the HR Officer. 

We are looking for someone motivated, committed and passionate individual. You must be solution focused, approachable and person centred, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have an understanding of the needs of people from diverse backgrounds.

You will have administrative and clerical experience. Experience in a similar HR role and a CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but not essential. We are keen to hear from those who are person-centred, with a ‘can-do’ attitude who are able to build and maintain confidentiality and trustworthy relationships.
