We are looking for Youth & community workers to join our Youth & Communities team at YMCA North Tyneside on a bank staff basis. In this role you will be supporting the development and delivery of youth & community work within North Tyneside and South Tyneside, ensuring that all our work aims to empower children, young people & the wider community through working as a part of a team, helping to deliver a high quality community engagement, working in partnership with key stakeholders and local agencies while reflecting the needs of the local community.

To be successful, it is essential that you have relevant experience and/or relevant qualifications in youth/community work, recent relevant training and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours, working hours could include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
