• Supporting Volunteers: Showing a caring and compassionate attitude toward our volunteers, helping them feel valued and empowered to grow.
• Building Community Trust: Actively building genuine relationships with customers to ensure they receive a consistently high standard of service.
• Cafe Operations: Working closely with the team on day-to-day tasks, including cashing up, record keeping, and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.
