✅ What Will You Be Doing?

As an AirPlay Worker, you will support the successful delivery of the RAF Benevolent Fund’s Airplay project. Your main responsibilities include:

• Direct Delivery: Working directly with children and young people to provide a high-quality environment where they can thrive.
• Creative Planning: Assisting in the planning and evaluation of imaginative activities that encourage active participation.
• Youth Voice: Promoting opportunities for young people to be involved in decision-making processes.
• Safety & Inclusion: Ensuring activities are delivered safely in line with safeguarding policies and health and safety risk assessments.

🔑 What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this flexible and rewarding role, it is essential that you have:

• A Flexible Approach: Ability to work 6 hours per week covering evenings, weekends, or bank holidays.
• Team Spirit: Experience working as part of a team to deliver support services to young people and their families.
• Communication Skills: The ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
• Commitment to Excellence: A proactive attitude toward training, development, and professional practice.

Note: This post requires proof of right to work in the UK and a satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure (cost met by the employer).
