✅ What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality standard of support that promotes independent living. Your main responsibilities include:

• Undertaking assessments and producing and reviewing support and safety plans for individuals.
• Acting as the lead case worker for a specified number of residents.
• Coordinating the development of Support Workers and apprentice support workers.
• Providing direct support to higher risk clients requiring more intensive support in specialist services.

🔑 What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this rewarding and impactful role, it is essential that you have:

• Significant experience of working in a support or care environment.
• Experience of person-centred support and safety planning.
• Knowledge of the statutory framework of provision of support for the client group.
• Basic understanding of housing law i.e. tenancies, evictions etc.
• Flexibility to travel to required workplace locations.
• A high level of IT Literacy.
