Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Making a Positive Difference

In this role, you will be key to creating an enriching experience for our children, learning and growing your practice by:

  • Creating a Safe & Stimulating Space: Providing a consistently safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Delivering EYFS Excellence: Learning to deliver an appropriate, play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that encourages individual progress.
  • Nurturing Development: Planning and carrying out activities that help each child meet their early learning outcomes, monitoring and celebrating their progress.
  • Building Partnerships: Liaising closely and positively with parents/carers, sharing updates on children’s development, and encouraging family involvement.
  • Upholding Best Practice: Understanding and adhering to all Nursery and Company policies, including safeguarding, to meet and exceed Ofsted requirements.
  • Promoting Inclusion: Championing children’s rights, equality, inclusion, and positive, anti-discriminatory practice at all times.
  • Commitment to Learning: Proactively focusing on your own continuous learning, professional development, and actively participating in training and team events.
