✅ What Will You Be Doing?

As a Night Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents across multiple supported accommodation sites during overnight hours. Your main responsibilities include:

• Multi-Site Security & Patrols: Conducting regular safety and welfare checks across designated properties, travelling between locations to maintain a reassuring presence.
• Incident Prevention & Enforcement: Taking a proactive approach to preventing anti-social behavior, upholding house rules fairly, and managing overnight access safely.
• Surveillance Operations: Monitoring CCTV systems, responding to alerts, and keeping accurate technical logs.
• Emergency Response & Crisis Triage: Serving as the first point of contact for overnight emergencies (such as fire or medical situations) and offering compassionate initial support to residents in distress.
• Information Handover: Creating detailed incident reports to ensure a smooth, professional handover to the daytime support team

🔑 What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this vital safety role, it is essential that you have:

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Proven experience in carrying out security monitoring, patrols, and independent welfare checks.
• Strong written communication and IT skills for producing clear, accurate handover reports.
• A calm, resilient nature with the ability to maintain positive boundaries with residents

Training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Safeguarding, or Conflict Management is highly desirable but not essential.
