WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week (inc. flexible working, occasional remote working and some evenings)

SALARY:  £28,000 per annum pro rata (£35,000 per annum FTE)

The Role

We have a new exciting opportunity to join as Youth and Community Manager. This isn’t just a role; it’s your chance to shape the future by spearheading the development and delivery of vital youth and community work across all our vibrant locations!

As you are expected to travel to all locations in which we deliver our community work. it is essential that you hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

As a dynamic leader of our youth and community delivery teams and dedicated project staff, you’ll be the orchestrator of impact, ensuring our youth and community strategy is actioned across every corner of our reach.

You’ll be at the helm of our incredible teams, empowering them to deliver groundbreaking initiatives that truly empower young people and provide unwavering support to every individual in our diverse communities.

You’ll be instrumental in their growth and development, ensuring every interaction fuels empowerment and every support system stands strong.

You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless delivery, optimising resources, and collaborating closely with the Youth and Community Development Officer to pioneer exciting new services, unlock vital income streams, and forge powerful community connections.
