Who are we looking for:

We’re searching for a vibrant individual who’s not just qualified and experienced, but enthused by the prospect of delivering youth and community work. You will be able to: 

  • To develop and deliver high quality youth and community work provision in response to the needs and solutions from the beneficiaries that we serve.
  • To build and maintain professional relationships with children and young people and their families that support the principles of youth and community work. 
  • To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training. 
  • Comply with requirements with regards to health and safety, security, finances and all other matters subject to YMCA policies and partner organisations policies.
