On Sunday 11th September 2022, seven enthusiastic runners completed the Great North Run in support of YMCA North Tyneside.

In total they raised over £2,000 to help YMCA deliver much needed youth activities in areas of North and South Tyneside.

One of the runners, Nathan Cagney, said; “YMCA has had such a profound impact on my life, I just wanted to do what I can to help create opportunities for today’s young people… young people who need YMCA’s help more than ever.”

A big “thank you” to all our runners for their commitment to the event and for fundraising for YMCA: Ben Brown, Nathan Cagney, Natalie Dellaway, Paul Gallagher, Lindsey Jordan, Paul Jordan and Joseph McMillan.
