We are searching for an exceptional Fundraising and Events Coordinator with excellent leadership, networking and communication abilities to join our team.

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

SALARY:  Up to £27,300 per annum

The Role

Overview:

This role drives fundraising by developing and managing engaging campaigns and events that generate vital income for young people and local communities. It involves cultivating strong, lasting partnerships with businesses and donors, and creating compelling social media content to boost awareness and inspire support. Success in this role will be measured by key impact metrics, including income generated, partnership growth, and increased social media engagement. Ultimately, this role is crucial in enhancing our capacity to deliver our mission and achieve tangible positive impact.

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in social media marketing and budget management.

Key Details:

We seek a proactive, results-oriented fundraiser with a strong track record in campaign development, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional communication skills are essential to convey our vision and foster collaborations. The ideal candidate is strategic yet action-focused, highly organised, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to our mission of positively impacting young people and the community. Experience in digital fundraising across multiple sectors is advantageous.
