‘Rope’ up the courage for our new Gym Challenge! To complete the Rope Challenge simply pull the full rope length through the rid and repeat 4 times! One side of the rope is all the way at the top of the station. Use a member of the gym team to record you You must pull the rope to the opposite side of the rig until the other end of the rope is at the top

Happy New Year! 2015 was a truly exciting time for YMCA North Tyneside. YMCA Gym Community Christmas Feast
Christmas can be a very lonely time for many people, especially the elderly who may have lost partners or are unable to travel to visit their family. YMCA Gym wanted to change this and so every year our YMCA Gym team swap their usual gym attire for their best Christmas jumpers, stuff their faces with a roast turkey dinner and gather all their aged 60+ class customers to join in the festive cheer. Walking in through Reception, the once busy hub at the centre of our YMCA is currently boarded up, looking bleak and inundated with workman in hard hats and high Vis jackets.
